A Typical Saturday?
Our Saturday format, while not without variation, includes each of these components.
Refreshments are provided outside the gym.
Services are approximately 90 minutes in length.
Dress is casual, and our school gym setting is also casual.
Regular attenders & visitors move freely throughout the service as circumstances require.
Music is contemporary style. The acoustics are enhanced by proper padding in the gym, so the sound is not "tingy" or "echo-ey". A full band of keyboards, electric and acoustic guitars, bass, drums, worship alongside vocalists from the front of the auditorium.
A practical message of 35-40 minutes helps us make sense of our world as we see it through the filter of God's word.
A time of reflection and prayer is provided after the message.
Regular observance of communion, baptism, and child dedication ceremonies are integrated into our worship time.
Children and youth enjoy their own group worship experiences, which are conducted at the same time as the main worship/service time. This gives parents freedom and focus during the main worship/service time.
